Which training plans to follow for a 6 day Alps trip

I don’t race at all but like to do a lot of riding on the roads, especially climbing.

I’m off to the Alps for 6 days of hilly riding with my son in September which is in 21 weeks time.

After finishing the 16 weeks of sweet spot would it be okay to do the 6 week Fondo plan, then the 6 week climbing plan, followed by the 7 weeks Haute Route plan.

Or should I repeat some of the 16 week SS plan and go straight to either the climbing intervals plan or the Haute Route plan.

Or would there be a better way to structure the time?
