What plan(s) do you recommend I do from now until then?

18 weeks of sweet spot to build a huge base!
Then something event specific. Since it’s multiple days maybe something like our Haute Route plans which are multiple mountainous days.
The important thing to do is 3-4 weeks out having a simulation weekend. Which the Haute Route plans has something similar. Just doing 3 hard, hilly rides in a row to simulate your event.
Hi Jake that sounds great but I only have 18 weeks from now until then so the 18 week plan would leave space to do the 6 week Haute Route. Should I do 12 of the 18 weeks from the sweet spot?
If you have been training do the last 12 weeks of the 18 week plan and then the 6 week plan. If you have just started do the first 12 weeks and then the 6 week plan.
The 6 week plan should end at you Alps ride. That has more specific training for your type of event.
