Which plan would best suit the Maratona?

Hi There,
Just looking looking for a recommendation on which training plan I should switch to sharpen up for the Maratona after I have completed the 18 week SS plan? The route is 138k with around 4,200 meters of climbing. Goal time is sub 7 hours. The course consists of 7 major climbs.

Pordoi 45 mins
Sella 30 mins
Gardena 40 mins
Campalongo 25 mins
Giau 60 mins
Fizalrgo 50 mins
