How sore should I feel during adaptation phase of the 10-week weights plan.
First 2 weeks I felt fine but just started week 3 and feeling a fair bit of fatigue after the 1st session of the week.
How sore should I feel during adaptation phase of the 10-week weights plan.
First 2 weeks I felt fine but just started week 3 and feeling a fair bit of fatigue after the 1st session of the week.
I don’t remember when the correction - “hypertrophy” phase begins but if you’re doing it right you should pretty much expect to be sore 24/7 for 2 full weeks
I’m a week before Hypertrophy still that’s my concern
I think the first two weeks are the “intro” where you’re supposed to be lifting pretty light weights. If you’ve never lifted before, or it’s been many months since the last time which is typical, then you can still get pretty sore.
