Just finished the Adaptation phase of the 10 week weight lifting plan and moving into hypertrophy. Want to make sure I understand this correctly - the difference between heavy and light training days is only 5%? For some reason in my novice weightlifting head I was expecting a bigger difference. thanks in advance.
I’m fractionally ahead of you, having just started the hypertrophy phase, but I can tell you that that 5% feels quite significant!

at the wimpy weights I’m lifting it’s only around 10 lbs less for the “light” day. Seems more like medium but I guess I’ll find out tomorrow.
