Weight lifting after injury

Hi,

I hurt my back on 12/24 during lifting and now getting back to normal. I had just completed my first week of the Hypertrophy phase when it happened. Can you provide guidance as to where I should start now that I’m getting back to normal?

This is my first weight plan I have EVER used and love it. Easy to follow and use even for someone who has very little to no experience in the gym.
