Vacation / strength plan

Hey guys happy holidays. My best wishes.
I have a couple of questions.
I’m halfway thru my 10 week strength plan. Just completed the hypertrophy phase.

  1. Is it normal to feel sore not only the legs but also my back after the squats. Not pain but tired/sore back.

  2. I’m on vacation now for 10 days. So what is the best way to approach/continue my plan when I come back?
