Hi. I’m interested in one of the training plans that include weight lifting. I have a hex bar dead lift and box jump set ups, as well as free weights. Can i follow the program with what i have or is a leg extension/curl machine mandatory? Thanks for answering .
The three exercises we use are squats, leg press and leg curls. You can always replace with a different workout to work the same muscle group. However we find these to be the most efficient.
@carvelliaj You’ve got what you need. May need to edit the plan a bit, but you can get great work done with what you have.
I’m not sure if you can get enough weight with this lift to satisfy the 1RM or percentages of 1RM for the later phases, but it’s worth a try with what you have available.
