Started my first week of the off-season weight lifting program. I’ve never been a huge fan of weightlifting, but all the other FasCat plans have made me better so I am willing to give it a try to be faster next spring! Two quick questions I ran into on the first day: 1) Seated leg press vs. angled leg press, is one preferred? and 2) are the leg press and leg curl done with both legs simultaneously or with single legs doing the sets/reps with each? Sorry if these were already mentioned in the podcast/training tips.
