What plan is preferred for cross triathlon like xterra? At the moment I mix the 70.3 half ironman with the mtb specific plans (sweet spot for mtb and race intervals for cross country)
Can you create a new one incl base, build and race for saying around 26 weeks, following by a second one during the entire summer race season?
