Where too now on training?

I was on the 30 week off season plan and was prepping for a week long self supported race.
Plans have changed due to some health issues with my wife and will not be able to attend the race.
Would like to use the time till next years race and be even more ready for it, but not sure where to go next with a plan?

Hi @Mtbordie - sounds like you are ready to switch from base to race with an interval training plan to capitalize on your 30 week off season plan.

Based on your @mtb I’d suggest out xc interval plan:

You can do that an even our sweet spot marathon plan before heading back to your off season training
