How should I wrap up my triathlon training?

I tend to overthink things so excuse me if this is a stupid question.

I recently purchased the Sweet Spot for the Half Ironman Triathlete part 1,2 and 3. The description for part 3 states “Six more weeks of Sweet Spot training to put the finishing touches on your base fitness and boost your CTL before moving to race-specific efforts and taper!”. Does part 3 not include race-specific efforts and a taper? Is there an optimal plan I could choose to lead into my Ironman on June 7? Or could I end with part 3 on the week of June 7 and be okay?

That is correct. It does not include a taper or race specificity, that is for after completion of Sweet Spot Part 3.
The plan I would recommend for that is
