Training for MTB Cat1, how do I organize my plans

I bought the 10 week resistance training + sweet spot. I was recommended to follow up with Sweet Spot part 2 and part 3 and end up with Intervals for XC Mtb.

I loaded the 10 week resistance training & sweet spot and it appears to runs into 4/8. This is obviously longer than 10 weeks.

How should I organize the plan to be ready for the start of XC MTB starting March 22?

Hi @jradosky - another approach is to apply your xc intervals plan for the six weeks leading into your March 22nd race.

Then see how many weeks you have inbetween and fill that in with portions of your sweet spot plans.
