Hello! I am doing the Sweetspot1 plan, on 4th week. I could not do
yesterday the endurance training. I’ll throw it away or put it away today rec day?

So you missed the last workout of week 3? You can do that on Monday of the 4th week if you want. But remember the rest of the week needs to be the regeneration week.

Thanks Jake! Yes, I missed it. So I do the yesterday planed Z2 training today and the rest of the week will according to plan= regeneration.
