Training plan confusion

Next week is rest week (Nice!) While checking the calendar I noticed that Sunday says “REGENERATION WEEK: Completely OFF today” and then right under that (still on Sunday) it says "Sweetspot over-unders 2x8 minutes 1:30, 105 TSS.

??? Not sure how to accomplish both :stuck_out_tongue:

It is suppose to be off. So take it off.

Actually you could do the sweet spot over under on Friday, take Thursday off instead of the zone 2 1 hour. That is more set up like it is in the 18 week sweet spot plan.
