Switching days in plan

54 yr old. Done lots of structured training in the past.
I’ve just started the the 32 week plan and want to find out how much flexibility I can have whilst keeping all the benefits.
I have a rest day then a weekend group ride, then a MTI intervals day.
Could I swap the MTI and weekend group ride days around? Any problems or considerations?
or should I just FTFP?

Always try to #FtFP @andrew1 - that’s when it works the best.

MTI’s achieve a better adaptation when your legs are already tired so do them the day after your group ride when your legs are good n tired.
