SingleSpeed Mountain Biking

Hi,

I am currently doing the sweet spot training plan. I also have a love affair with my SingleSpeed mountain bike and can commit to leave untouched for 18 weeks. Is there a way I could include it in my training plan? Maybe instead of the sweet spot freestyle workout?

All our plans are zone based and you may use any bike including your singlespeed - go for it. Just use power/heart rate/ rpe to follow the plan :muscle:
