Hi, I have hd a look and can’t seem to find an answer to this. Sorry if it’s because it’s an obvious one!!
My A race is on Saturday June 19th (7hr xc race). I have done W+B and SS 1,2,3 and currently doing SS4 to fill a gap.
My question is: should I put the xc Marathon SS plan so that week 6 of the plan is the week of my A race? I’m guessing that is how it’s designed.
