Off Season Resistance Training questions

Hello Fast Cat Coaches,

I’ve followed a couple of plans until SBT was cancelled. Free riding now and looking into next year.

I’d like to get back on a plan Oct 1st and the Off Season Resistance Training (32 weeks) seems like the obvious choice.

There’s any way I could combine two or three different plans that would produce the same outcome of the 32 weeks one? Would make things easier if I can make smaller plan purchases instead of the $199 for the Off Season plan.

I’ll move forward with Fall Foundation first and pair the following ones.

My cycling partner will acquire the same plan and we’ll get on the same schedule.
