Move weeks on plan

I have loaded 18 weeks of sweetsopt to start in January when I finish 10 week resistance plan. However I may now want to miss out the first 4 weeks and start the SS at week 5 in January so I am fitter earlier in the summer.
I need to delete the first 4 weeks and then move all the workouts back 4 weeks. How do I do this on training peaks?

PS , I don’t seem to show up on the forum as a training plan member. How do I update this?

Hey @jean12, try going to the settings in your forum account and ensuring the email is the same as the email you have used when purchasing your fascat plans. That may resolve the issue.
