Just finished the 32 week plan setting me up for three weekends of racing in July building for the A race (third race). The three races are a hill climb, Crit, and road race that has a short max effort climb 4 times. Races are in TP and my guesses as to workouts in July are also in there. Help in planning July would be appreciated!
Now just have to figure out how to #FTFP, sell a house, buy a house, and move at the same time in July.
Of the three planned races, one happened. 50 rider field, finished 18th due solely to horrible positioning in the final lap. Was on the front the entire ride, got pinned in at the final turn. Fitness was spot on. Unfortunately this was a warm up to my target race the following weekend that was cancelled. Guess that its the way it goes. Now to start training for a gravel event (race!).
