July Training with Racing Plan Adjustment

Just finished the 32 week plan setting me up for three weekends of racing in July building for the A race (third race). The three races are a hill climb, Crit, and road race that has a short max effort climb 4 times. Races are in TP and my guesses as to workouts in July are also in there. Help in planning July would be appreciated!

Now just have to figure out how to #FTFP, sell a house, buy a house, and move at the same time in July.

Right on Kip - I just went in a filled in the rest of your training calendar - with all the intensity its important to ride easy at least once a week!
