Intervals.... Then What?

Just reviewing my new CX plan and looking at some of the workouts, CX starts for example. The interval is 8 mins but the workout is 1:30, so just wondering what the balance of the time should be? Easy? Endurance? Tempo? Thanks!

Click Open the blue workout and mouse over the section before and after the cx start and you’ll notice it says Zone 2:
