Coach Frank, Isiah, etc., if I have two weeks before my next race weekend (10/17), or a little more, how would you adjust the in-season race and recover plan? Maybe a bit of sweet spot? Just long miles? Just curious…

If you are in that plan and don’t have race on the weekend, you can use that time to do some longer rides with a few efforts + skills work so you get in a solid TSS!
