Im looking to get into my first formal power-based training plan. im 33 y/o new to serious road riding and would generally like to get faster, increase sustained power, endurance etc. basically just do a better job of keeping up in group ride. Id love to continue to do an occasional group ride as part of the plan so that there is some unstructured time built in. Any recs?

Check out our sweet spot part 3 plan - its has longer sweet spot style group rides on Saturdays and shorter structured advanced aerobic endurance work during the work week. Here’s an example 2 week calendar:
