Firecracker 50 final week

The stated workout for day 3 of final week is titled 2 sets 5x30 on and 1 min off. However the TP graph and workout details state 1 set 5x30 on with 30 off.
I am tapering for an event this Sat and am less concerned with TP being green for the training as I am with correct prep for the event. Would appreciate some clarification on this.

Hey @alanwlkr6 - sounds like the title is not correct. Go ahead and do 1 set. However you could do 2 as it is unlikely to impact your tapering. You will have an easy day tomorrow and friday completely off + just an hour of openers on saturday… so you should be in good form regardless of whether you do 1 or 2 sets :slight_smile:
