Finishing up 16 weeks of SS, unbound is my A race

Hey all,

I’m on the penultimate week of the Sweet Spot plan and my big race this summer is Unbound.

Should I move onto the Gravel plan right away when I finish up, or is there something else that’s worth fitting in first?

Since you have more than six weeks, I suggest working on your weaknesses…. Maybe road intervals? - the VO2’s will increase your FTP
