Feedback strength plan

Hi Coach Frank and the team. Just a quick message to thank you for the amazing ten week strength plan. I heard of your plan on your podcast. I am a masters athlete that enjoys crits fondos mtb events and races. I ftfp’d for the whole ten weeks apart from a few mtb races. Thoroughly enjoyed the plan and used yoga glow too. The set up was with training peaks and zwift. It works so well I love it. I am already seeing results and I’m looking forward to this summer already.
Just signed up for 18 weeks of sweet spot and Seeking more gains.
