Just about to start the last week of the resistance training plan before I start the 18 week sweet spot plan. I’d like to continue in the gym doing some core work but also some step ups, jumps and lunges. Any suggestions on a programme I can follow that would compliment the sweet spot training? Is this a good idea?
Yes: the Foundations, REVO and Yoga in your plan - do those as they are all great for ‘core’. At the minimum do them Mondays & Friday as designated in your plan but you may also do more at your discretion but not at the expense of the bike riding prescribed.
