Can I reuse a plan?

Can I reuse a training plan? Are they updated so I need to buy the newest version? Coach Frank suggested I do the 32 week offseason plan. I have a version of the plan from October of 2018 titled resistance training and sweet spot off season plan 32 weeks.
I was going to start this October first. I haven’t used it since 2018 because Coach Frank was making my schedule for me. I have applied it to training peaks starting October first. Just want to make sure I have a good version and nothing crucial has changed.

You sure can and I just double checked with the big cat and he said there haven’t been any major changes. So you are good to start that plan on October first!
