I did the offseason 10weeks of weight training last year and really enjoyed it, so Im planning to start it again immediately after my A race in late October. But i only have 25 weeks until the next important race in late April to squeeze in the 16weeks sweet spot and 6wk Gravel race plans that i have.
Any suggestions on which parts of weights or SS to trim?
Last year I started the weight training mid Oct around 70CTL, dropped to mid 60’s by Dec, then built to mid-80s before switching to race around mid-Feb. This year Ill probably start weights around 75s CTL. 40yrs old and all plans are intermediate level.
