Zwift Racing and FTFP

The forum threads below will tell you all that you need to know, but in essence… unless your plan calls for a hard “attack-esque” group ride, going all out in a zwift race when that type of effort is not designed into the plan is not FtFP’ing. This will likely create excess fatigue that will impede on your ability to nail your key workouts. Moreover, during the base season the goal is to spend the most time as possible between zone 2 - sweet spot.
