I have done 18 weeks Sweet Spot and i am now doing the “Climbing Intervals” plan then i will do a tapper week and on July 24 i have my A Race (160km with 3300m d+)
So far so good but what plan and rest should i do next to A Race? I don’t need to peak again. Just be strong on the weekends group rides…
