Which weight loss plan?

I am female 68kg, target weight 60 to 63kg. I use the basic training planes and add 2 hours of zone 2 each week.
Which weight loss plan should I use?
And is it ok to use weight loss plan during 10 weeks weight program?

4-8 hours / week training
110-140lb (50-63kg)
Female

I recommend beginning this plan after (not during) your ten weeks weight plan - hope that helps - good luck winning in the kitchen!

Yes - that would be a good intro to get started and learn the recipes without going into caloric restriction
