Is weight training not suggested during Sweet Spot training?
I am in week 2 of sweet spot 1 multi-sport after completing the 10 multi-sport week strength program ( My 20 min FTP improved greatly!) and there is no weight training.
Is there a weight program or direction on when and what to do while I am sweet spotting? My next race isn’t until 5/31/20. I am already starting to miss the gym after only 1 week
