At-home weights holiday disruption

Hey all,

Planning out my training and I see that the first week of the at-home weight-lifting hypertrophy phase lands on the week of Dec 20-26. I expect to have limited to no availability this week due to holiday travel.

What is the best way to handle this disruption? Thanks!

I would recommend pushing that out a week if you can then. It is an important phase and you should do what you can to keep it as close to as planned. Can just repeat a week of adaptation while away and get what you can.

This is also contingent on the fact it does not mess with your build too much heading into a peak several weeks later. But that is my initial thought.

Great, thanks for the quick reply Jake! Pushing it out a week after a repeat of phase 2 isn’t a problem, and it won’t impact my '22 plans.
