Weigh Loss Plan with Weights+Base Plan

The weight loss plan is structured for less calories on off days of Mondays and Fridays.

The weightlifting section of the Weights+Base (Intermediate) plan has 1 or 0 off days per week.

Should I just shift or eliminate those lower calorie days accordingly?

Hey @shane.crowe, yes; the calories should be proportional to the workload, so going really low on a lifting or riding day is going to be too much of a caloric deficit.
