Double Days - Weights + Base (Advanced)17 Weeks

Hi Guys,

Just checking that on certain days there are two sessions. One being the adaptation/strength (leg press, squat etc) and the other being an ‘Mti’/sprint/zone 2 Session?

I just want to be sure this isn’t an either/or situation before I mangle myself.


In the Advance plan those are two a day workouts. It is under the assumption you have more time to train. In the intermediate and basic they are on separate days and you are getting in one less ride because of the time. The focus is on the strength.
