Should the 100 MTB plan only use the MTB or can some of this be done using a road bike? Some days specifically say MTB but for those that don’t specify can I use a road bike?
Physiologically any bike works since the plan is ‘zone based’. I like to jest road bike, gravel bike, mtb, big wheel - as long as you choose the bike and the terrain that enables you to follow the plan, you’ll get faster.
