Choose the correct training plan advice

Hi all, I’m love riding mtb on the weekends but for training I have my road bike also the propuse is the increase my performance, durability on the bike and resistance , I’m just wondering what would be the best training plan to choose from choice plans thanks in advance

It really doesn’t matter what bike your ride:

but rather what are you training for?

I want to improve my resistance, performance and BPM, I train because I want to be very good in MTB,
