HI there just finishing my 10 week strength programme and starting the 18 wk Sweet Spot.
Couple of questions.

should i leave a week in between the two or go directly from one to the other.

after doing my FTP as recommended on 2nd day of Sweetspot programme, do I use this for the whole 18 week period. I expect this to increase as I move into the workout and resume longer weekend rides so I assume its best to adjust as I go along.
