Training Progress after Foundation, Weights & SS18

Hello Frank & Team,

Just a quick message to say thanks and update you on my progress. This is my second season following the SS18 plan but this year I added the Foundation and Weights plan.

Started out in October with an FTP of 250, progressed to 270 following the weights plan and yesterdays test resulted in a new all-time 20 min power record of 308 and a new FTP of 291.

Really happy with my progress and looking forward to further performance gains as I head into the Hill Climbing plan.

What an improvement Phillip!!
If we had to take a wild guess, those gains were the result of months worth of FtFP’ing :raised_hands:t3:.
Keep up the great work and let us know how your training is going after you finish your climbing plan!
