Weights/base plan feedback

Started the weights / base, ss 1-2 plan January 7th with a ftp of 184, field tested indoor today at 216! The mild winter in ct has allowed weekend rides outside for the most part, the rest has been inside. Ftfp ing has given a focus and incentive to controlled progress that didn’t feel overwhelming. I’m starting ss3 to continue building ctl , then possibly a interval program.
I’m 61 and enjoy the structure of your plans, keep up the good work.
