Hi! I’m wondering if there is an easy way to transfer my workouts to my Wahoo for outdoor training other than writing it out on my hand and trying to set timers? Is there a notification or anything that would notify you when you have to increase power etc?

Hi Amanda - I’ve been using a Wahoo Bolt, and you should be able to link any Wahoo to your TrainingPeaks account. That way, all the workouts for the next week continually upload to the Wahoo, and you don’t have to do anything at all! I don’t remember all of the details on how to set it up, but it’s definitely doable and super easy once it’s setup.
If I recall, you use the Wahoo app to authorize Training Peaks. Then you should be able to go to the Bolt (Or Wahoo equivalent bike computer), go to the Planned Workouts page, which should be on the page where your sensors load, and then press “Sync Workouts”.
