I recently bought the 16 weeks of sweet spot and was going through the settings on Training Peaks and was wondering if I should use the default power zones or one of the different methods Training Peaks gives for power zones?

Use Fascat’s excel sheet or the calculator on this site. I don’t have the url handy.

Definitely use your own zones! let us know if you need help with your zones. You can update your zones with this calculator.
