Due to some terrible mountain weather I missed an 80 TSS ride on Sunday, 8 Dec. I have an off day scheduled for Wednesday, what should I do? Drag and drop the Sunday workout to Wednesday, or do you experts have another suggestion?
Since you actually went a little over Saturday and were only 50TSS short for the week (plus you are during the strength phase), I wouldn’t stress it too much. I would add on a chill half hour to an hour to Sundays endurance ride and that will make up for it no problem.
Thanks Coach Isaiah. The longer Saturday ride was purely intentional given the weather forecast for the following day. Hopefully the weather cooperates this weekend to #FTFP!
