Thank you FasCat. I was fired from my coach in March 2021 because I wasn’t motivated enough so I switched to FasCat and used the 18 Week SS and then transitioned to the CX training plans in July. It’s super nice to have such detailed training plans and workouts to use on a daily basis. I am looking forward to more growth as a result of using FasCat training plans and coaching consultations.
