So after the offseason +sweet spot you should do a regeneration week. Do not do the field test at the end of the plan. You can just repeat the previous regeneration week, which is week 14 of the offseason + sweet spot plan. Then you can roll into the SS4 plan and follow that plan as is, including the field test. You’ll be ready for it after all the training and then rest.

Hi everybody.
I’m in week3 of SS4 adv; the VO2 5minuters workout description calls for <5 minutes on 5 minutes off>, while in the Workout Details it’s 5min on 3min off. I think it’s a workout builder error.
I’ve performed it outdoor 5on5off “by mind”, but if someone exports it and follows on a device or zwift, that could be a problem.
