Sweet Spot over under, flats or 5% hill

I’m on 24 week CX plan, I have this planned Friday- Sweet Spot Over-Unders 4 x 5 minutes. Should i do these on a 5% hill that takes 7 minutes (Torrey Pines, San Diego) or on a flat loop around Fiesta Island?

hi @rwwsdca - physiologically it does not matter if you are able to #FtFP. What I mean by that if you are able to hit your watts , it doesn’t matter.

That said, I think you will be better able to modulate your power during the over unders by using a hill.
