Hi. I’m start to plan next season. I’ll follow the 18 weeks of Sweet Spot and I’ll definitely keep on doing strength ( thanks for getting me started on this!).
My question is on which part of the sweet spot plan can you start introducing C races?
The last 4 - 6 weeks does start to include some intensity which will help you be more prepared for racing. This maybe the best time to start some C racing as it would also introduce more intense weekend workouts which can be replaced with a C type event.
