So, did SS1, started SS2 and life got in way of FtFP a couple of times. Restarted so that recovery week would coincide with graduation week travel and eating/drinking festivities. Adding an extra week before final field test to line up with a vacation. Have seen solid improvement in FTP, but more than that have gone from being the “punished” on fast group rides (and dropped too often) to being a “punisher”. Can move to the front at will and dig deep into the hurt locker repeatedly. Have always had to move to the front before climbs to be able to slide back in the group as we climbed without losing the tail. Now I gap people on them - some credit to #winninginthekitchen as well. Will move onto Road racing intervals post-vacation to put a nice cherry on top of the base.
